Luca Arfini

As Communications & Membership Coordinator, Luca will support the management of DiCE’s official communication channels and the awareness raising on the results of our EU-funded projects. He will also ensure a smooth relationship with our Member Organisations and ultimately help all European citizens access the highest quality cancer care.

Luca is a communications specialist from Italy and now residing in Amsterdam. His expertise combines a European Studies and scientific communication background with a track record in helping orgnisations with their branding efforts in both the private and public sectors. He excels in crafting impactful campaigns, producing compelling content, and executing standout events. His passions and knowledge encompass a broad spectrum, from European affairs and human rights to health, and sustainable development.

He is creative and open-minded and always eager to bring new ideas to the table.
