Pamela Deasy

Pamela Deasy lives in Union Hall, West Cork on the south coast of Ireland. Pamela is a full-time student at University College Cork. Pamela was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer on 7ᵗʰ December 2018. Since her diagnosis, she has become a patient advocate in Ireland and Europe. Together with Niall and Rachel they have set up Pancreatic Cancer Ireland, which became a registered charity in Ireland in Feb 2025. She is passionate on raising awareness of the symptoms of pancreatic cancer but also access to clinical trials and newer treatments for all cancer patients.
