Ségolène De Retz
BOARD MEMBER

With over 27 years of experience, including 17 in healthcare, I have held various positions in consulting firms, professional associations, and companies. I have worked in employment and training policy, communications, public affairs, and relations with patient associations, all of which have allowed me to put my skills in advocacy, active listening, project management, and partnership development.
Today, as Executive Director of the A.R.CA.D Foundation, the only recognised public interest foundation dedicated to digestive cancers in France, I have been appointed to the Dice board.
During my term on the board, I will therefore be keen to utilise my experience, combined with my knowledge of national and European players in the healthcare system, to serve the permanent staff and members of DICE. These cancers are often overlooked because of taboos they represent, because some are rare cancers and because, unfortunately, many of them have a poor prognosis.
Contributing to a better understanding and recognition of digestive cancers is therefore a public health objective at the national, European, and international levels.
