DiCE Participates in International Personalised Medicine Research Network
In March Zorana Maravic and Vassiliki Fotaki delivered a webinar about Digestive Cancers Europe as part of the online seminar series of TRANSCOLOCAN adding the patient voice to this internationally recognised network looking into colorectal cancer biomarkers for personalised medicines.
TRANSCOLOCAN, a European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action supported by the EU Horizon 2020 Programme, is an international collaborative network that includes research scientists, geneticists and clinicians.
COLOCAN aims at using innovative translational research to identify colorectal cancer biomarkers for personalized medicine that will improve screening, early detection and disease follow-up. Digestive Cancers Europe’s recent inclusion in the network will include the patients’ voice in this wide collaborative COST Action.
