On November 25th and 26th, DiCE virtually attended the Barcelone Clinic Liver Cancer (BCLC) annual conference, which was titled “Forging a Multidisciplinary Ecosystem to Revolutionize Liver Cancer Management.” The BCLC is a multidisciplinary team at the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona with outstanding expertise in liver cancer research and care, which is driving development in the liver cancer field.

The meeting consisted of various highly relevant talks delivered by excellent speakers centred around best practice approaches in liver cancer diagnosis and treatment. Topics included novel immunotherapeutic approaches and vaccines, ideas to improve liver cancer diagnosis, and updates in systemic treatment, among others. The lively discussions between participants are sure to drive the improvement of liver cancer care in Europe and globally.
